Harald Vackier, COO of EVAPCO said the most impactful aspect was the MAP™ consulting process which forced EVAPCO to re-look at processes and look at things in more detail simply be re-investigating and getting staff to think out of the box. “We had taken for granted the way we were doing things was the right way, however this is not always the case as processes need to be continually updated and refreshed,” he said.
